If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Return

  Log into your account and select the items you wish to return to generate a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Carefully

  Place the item back in its original Department 56 box and styrofoam to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of the shipping carton.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Deliver the package to any authorized carrier location. Your refund will be processed once the item is inspected.
